Icom R8600 and R9500 supported in Krypto500

Both the Icom R8600 and R9500 receivers have been added to the list of some 350+ interfaces that are standard in Krypto500.

Krypto500 supports nearly all leading receivers, SDRs, DF systems, acquistion and capture cards and other specialized COMINT and SIGINT hardware.
